    Left-wing Eurasianism - Living in the name of the Common
    at the Pernod Ricard Studio at Villa Vassilieff

    As part of his pro­ject “Left wing Eurasian pro­ject” and for the third part of his res­i­dency at Villa Vassilief - Pernod Ricard Fellowship, Nikolay Smirnov invited 5 artists to create freely from the ele­ments of his research . The nature of each cre­ations results from exchange on the philo­soph­ical and polit­ical inter­ests of Nikolay Smirnov.

    This day, con­ceived as an open studio, will be the oppor­tu­nity to see the pre­sen­ta­tion of Smirnov’s pro­ject, per­for­mances and read­ings, and will be fol­lowed by the Malevitch Party (on the occa­sion of the artist’s birthday).

    Schedule :

    3:00 to 5:00 pm: Open studio – free visit
    5:00 pm: Presentation of the pro­ject (research, col­lab­o­ra­tions) by Nikolay Smirnov.
    5:30 pm: Talk by Binna Choi (Director of Casco - Office for Art, Design and Theory)
    6:15 pm: Performance by Violaine Lochu.
    7:00 pm: Musical extrap­o­la­tion by Alexandre Delauw-Rivière that will turn into a Malevich Party
