  • Iris Häussler / The Sophie La Rosière Project

First resident of our residency program in partnership with FNAGP, Iris Häussler develops since 2009 the long-term project Sophie La Rosière. This project entered a new phase of its development at the FNAGP property in Nogent and at Villa Vassilieff, nurturing its discourse frame. It resulted in a "dîner de têtes" on May 12, 2016 gathering French artistic participants and institutional collaborators, organized with the help of students from Ecole Supérieure d’art de Lorient; and it also resulted in the publication of a 32 pages booklet in September 2016. It collects texts by Catherine Sicot, curator associated to the project, a fictious biography of the character Sophie La Rosière, and pictures and documents from the "dîner de têtes".
Design and printing : Guillaume Ettlinger et Jérôme Valton.

A digital version of the booklet is available for downloading.
